What we collect
When you book or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, the vehicle details, its location, a listing link and any notes.
How we use it
Only to arrange and carry out your inspection, send you your report, and follow up about it. We do not sell your information.
Who sees it
We may share vehicle details with the seller to arrange the inspection. If you choose WhatsApp or text, your message is handled by that service. If you ask us to, we may share your contact details with our mechanical partner.

The VIN & recall check sends the VIN you enter to the U.S. government's public vehicle database (NHTSA) to look up the vehicle. The red-flag checker and the Listing Checker run in your browser; the ad text you paste is not sent to us. If you enter a VIN in the Listing Checker, only the VIN is sent to NHTSA.
